BALINESE MASSAGE
The traditional Balinese massage involves long, flexible and effective movements accompanied by aromatherapy oils. You will feel the holistic philosophy of the Far East with the soothing, relaxing Traditional Balinese Massage.
This massage helps to accelerate blood, oxygen and energy flow while providing deep relaxation to the body.
Moderate strokes at medium pressure, along with pressure point stimulation, reach under layers of muscles to help balance energy centres and re- integrate the internal system. The Traditional Balinese Massage is recommended three times a week. This massage increases blood flow to the lymphatic system, which helps to clean toxins and wastes from the body.
BALI LULUR SCRUB
Body care applied by hand using a specially blended mixture of rice flour, turmeric, fenugreek seeds and rested beet. The lulur originated in Bali, where it is commonly used.
Care After curing allows you to relax in a bath with flower-enriched herbal oil. The bath moisturizes the skin and helps to relax the muscles, while a post-bath herbal tea calms the digestive system.
BALINESE FOUR-HANDS REFLEXOLOGY
Applied by two specialists from the Asian tradition, this massage is simultaneously performed from the feet, and the head and shoulder area, with the therapists using synchronized movements for an enveloping effect.

SHIATSU MASSAGE
A massage performed on the entire body by applying pressure to specific points to relax the nervous system. Known as a point massage. Applied using very little or no oil.
A Shiatsu massage can reinforce a sense of confidence by ensuring the continuity of hand and body contact. With the Shiatsu Massage, the limits of physical and psychological relaxation are exceeded. Energy stimulation and healing are achieved via thumb pressure on acupoints.

THAI MASSAGE
Thai massage is based on Indian Yoga and Chinese traditional medicine. This technique is a set of stretching movements applied to the entire body. The Thai Massage, which is mainly composed of pressure and stretching movements, is performed on a semi-hard surface. The guest is clothed in loose-fitting pyjama-style garments.
In a typical Thai massage, more than sixty stretching, pulling and tensile techniques are used. This massage can last from thirty minutes to four hours.
