    The hotel offers a wide range of services to our guests. We have many facilities such as luxury accommodation, restaurants, spa & wellness, fitness centre, kids club, indoor and outdoor pools. In the winter season, you can choose our indoor areas and heated pools.

    Whilst our intensity is higher in the summer months, we especially host meeting and event groups in the winter months. During the winter period, we also welcome our guests on holiday with these groups and we make the necessary arrangements to provide a comfortable experience for both groups.

    Caretta Kids Club is available all year round and offers educational and fun activities for children. During the winter period, creative workshops and entertainment programmes are organised in our indoor areas, so children can enjoy their holiday in the winter months as well.

    Yes, our indoor pools are heated during the winter season. You can use our indoor pools all year round.

    Our room service is available 24/7. Whether it's summer or winter, you can order flavoursome meals and drinks at any time.

  • What are the activities available in your hotel during the winter period?

    You can do many pleasant activities in our hotel during the winter season. You can swim in our heated pools, relax in our spa centre and enjoy the winter. In our restaurants, you can experience our carefully prepared winter menus. We also organise a variety of indoor entertainment such as indoor sports activities, art workshops and cultural events.   • How to ensure peace and quiet in the hotel during peak periods for meeting groups?

    Our Congress Centre is adjacent to our main building and at the same time in a separate area. In this way, it is designed to keep the intensity away from the main venues during breaks and breaks of the meeting groups. At the same time, convenience has been taken into consideration for the meeting groups to reach the restaurant and other areas in the main building. 

  • Can I choose the view of the room?

    Yes, however, it can be utilised with a fee difference depending on the room type and view option. Assistance is provided according to availability and room type. We offer special options for our guests who prefer the calm atmosphere of our sea view rooms, especially in winter.
