What is the structure of the Family Triplex rooms and what family-friendly features do they offer?
Our 115 m² Family Triplex rooms are 3-storey units designed with large families in mind. They offer perfect family privacy with independent bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, there is a baby safety barrier on the stairs.

What is the difference between Lake Suite Pool Access and Lake Suite Swim Up?
Our Lake Suite Pool Access rooms are located on the upper floor of the structures in the middle of the lake pool, offering access to the pool via stairs. Our Lake Suite Swim Up rooms, on the other hand, are located on the ground floor and provide the privilege of direct access to the swimming pool from your terrace.

Which is the largest suite room and what features does it offer?
Our largest suite is the King Suite. This suite has a total area of 420 m² and includes a 100 m² terrace area and a 40 m² private swimming pool exclusively for you.

Yes, the Royal Suite includes a personal pool that guests can use on their private terrace, away from view and exclusively for them.

We have both paid and free à la carte restaurants. Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights are entitled to a one-time free use of selected à la carte restaurants.

Room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is free of charge between 04:00–07:00, and charged during other hours. In addition, for Royal Suite, King Suite and VIP Villa room types, it is provided free of charge 24 hours a day.

At breakfast, a dedicated buffet with gluten-free and diet products is available, and a specially designed children’s buffet for the comfort of our little guests is available every day in the main restaurant.

Caretta Kids Club mainly caters to children aged 4–12. During the high season, it operates between 10:00 and 23:00.

Your children’s safety is our priority. Children left at Caretta are monitored throughout the day with a supervised wristband system. The kids’ club also has a controlled entry/exit door under adult supervision.

We have 13 main corporate and VIP meeting rooms, which can be divided into a total of 17 separate event spaces thanks to flexible partition systems.

The Istanbul Hall offers the luxury of hosting thousands of participants at the same time. It has a capacity of 2,400 people in banquet or meeting setup and features a high ceiling. The total congress area is 6,600 m².

Are the football pitches inside the hotel, how far are they from the hotel, and how is transportation provided?
The professional pitches are located in the Eminceler area, approximately 6.3 km from the hotel entrance, allowing teams to fully focus on match rhythm and preparation. Teams are provided with complimentary luxury shuttle buses between the hotel and the pitches, operating at least twice daily.

Susesi Sports Center features three main professional grass pitches, each measuring 114m x 78m, all designed according to the real FIFA licensing standards. Additionally, there is one auxiliary training pitch measuring 90m x 45m, used for conditioning practices.

The fitness area in the hotel is specifically designed to meet the needs of the teams and ensure they stay in training tempo. Additionally, tactical rooms are allocated to the teams for match analysis and management meetings.

A 24/7 healthy snack area is set up in the corridor where the team players are located, along with ample ready ice units. Yes, the field is equipped with an internationally recognized floodlight system, which allows for shooting and tactical training at night. Electronic LED panels (scoreboards) are also available on the field.

There are two hard surface tennis courts, and the use of rackets and balls is free of charge. Additionally, you can enjoy basketball, squash, table tennis, the fitness center, Pilates, water aerobics, darts, the aquapark, and daily animation programs for free. Night lighting of the tennis courts is subject to a fee. On the other hand, professional football fields, water sports, private fitness classes, and the game room (billiards, bowling, arcade, etc.) are paid services.
